This completed project encompassed a comprehensive scope of site and systems work. Initial efforts included site protection, demolition, grading, and drainage to prepare the area for development. Paving and concrete work were completed throughout the site, including the furnishing and installation of guard house slabs and final site finishes. Plumbing systems were installed to support infrastructure needs, along with site lighting, emergency fixtures, and lighting controls to ensure safety and functionality. The electrical scope involved the installation of power utilization devices, fixed electrical equipment, distribution and service equipment, and a new service entrance. Additionally, the project included the integration of communications systems, a fully operational fire alarm system, and advanced security and specialty systems to meet all operational and safety requirements.
