This project encompassed essential, site improvements focused on enhancing functionality, accessibility, and security. The scope included installing concrete pads, creating new landscape areas, and foundational work for a guard house. We upgraded site safety and traffic control with new curbs, crosswalks, curb ramps, pavement striping, guard rails, and bollards. Finally, the project included new perimeter fencing, manual swing gates, and the installation of tenant-specific equipment along with necessary underground low-voltage conduit routing.
