This project involved the development of the largest delivery station in the country at the time of completion, designed to support high-volume logistics operations while providing a comprehensive suite of employee-focused amenities. The facility includes a full office package featuring a training room, breakroom, restrooms, offices, locker room, mothers room, and a contemplation room. The scope also encompassed a dedicated scrubber area and polished concrete floors throughout for durability and cleanliness. Extensive MEP systems were installed along with fire protection systems including sprinklers and fire alarms, as well as low voltage infrastructure for data and security. The project included the installation of dock equipment to support efficient loading and unloading processes, a complete signage package for both interior and exterior wayfinding, and the construction of expansive exterior parking lots. An underground retention system was incorporated for stormwater management, along with an interior van path for seamless loading and parking operations. The associate parking lots were reworked to improve traffic flow, and six new entrance and exit ramps were added to enhance site access and circulation. This delivery station represents a highly integrated and strategically designed facility, optimized for operational performance and user experience.
