We successfully completed the comprehensive replacement of a critical guard house facility, delivering a modernized structure featuring a fully accessible restroom to support ongoing yard operations. The project team managed a diverse scope of work that integrated structural construction with extensive site civil improvements. Key milestones included the precise routing of new utilities, the installation of equipment and concrete pads, and the completion of all curb, ramp, and sidewalk work to ensure seamless accessibility. To finalize the site’s transformation, we executed pavement striping, installed secure fencing with manual swing gates, and managed the relocation of site lighting and landscaping. The completed project stands as a high-functioning security hub that optimizes traffic flow and enhances the overall infrastructure of the truck yard.
