This project involved the completion of several key site improvements, including the construction of a new parking lot adjacent to the main building and the addition of a dedicated truck lane to improve traffic flow and logistics. The scope also included the installation of new retention ponds for enhanced stormwater management and new retaining walls for site stability and landscape support. Two new guardhouses with double entryways were constructed, each equipped with Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) systems to enhance security and access control. Additionally, a new bus stop was incorporated to support public transportation access and improve overall site connectivity.
