This project involved the successful reconstruction of a ±4.0-acre site, transforming a former employee parking area into a robust, high-capacity trailer parking yard. The scope centered on upgrading the facility’s structural integrity to accommodate heavy industrial use, replacing light-duty surfaces with high-strength pavement designed to withstand the significant point loads of trailer landing gear. Throughout the 4-acre footprint, the layout was strategically reconfigured to optimize traffic flow and maximize storage density for Class 8 vehicles. Completed upgrades also included enhanced stormwater management, industrial-grade site lighting, and reinforced security measures, delivering a durable and operationally efficient asset tailored for modern logistics and freight demands.
